Refund Policy
Digital Product: Eligibility-Based Refund Policy
Start Ready Quest LLC sells personalized, AI-generated digital family quest plans delivered as PDF files. Because programs are generated specifically for your family and delivered digitally, refunds are not issued simply because you no longer want the program after download. Before purchasing, every customer is shown a full Mission 1 preview at no cost, so you can evaluate the content and quality of your program before committing. By completing checkout, you confirm that you have reviewed your preview and accept these terms. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis when a specific, describable issue occurred. We require a brief explanation of the reason when requesting a refund.
Eligible Refund Situations
We will work with you on a refund, regeneration, or credit if one of the following applies: • Technical failure: your PDFs failed to download, rendered incorrectly, or were inaccessible due to an error on our end • Generation error: your program was generated with incorrect or broken content due to a bug or system error on our part • Material mismatch: the delivered program materially does not match the quality or structure shown in the Mission 1 preview you approved Simply deciding you no longer want the program, or that the content wasn't to your taste after downloading and reviewing it, does not qualify for a refund. The free preview exists so you can evaluate fit before committing. To request a refund, email [email protected] within 7 days of purchase with your order email and a brief description of the specific issue.
Technical Issues
If your PDFs fail to download, render incorrectly, or are inaccessible due to a technical error on our end, we will re-send your download link, regenerate your program, or issue a full refund (your choice).
Incorrect Information Entered During Wizard
If your program was generated with incorrect content due to a bug or error on our part, we will regenerate it free of charge. If incorrect information was entered during the wizard (wrong ages, mission count, etc.), we offer one complimentary regeneration as a courtesy. Additional regenerations may be offered at our discretion. We do not collect names. Each participant appears as Quester 1, Quester 2, etc.
Chargebacks & Disputes
We take disputes seriously and will work with you to resolve any issue before a chargeback is necessary. If a chargeback is filed, we will provide the issuing bank with evidence of the free preview, download confirmation, and these terms acknowledged at checkout.

Activity Risks
Activities in a generated program may involve movement, household tasks, organizing, cooking, outdoor space, creative projects, or family challenges. Parents and guardians must evaluate what is appropriate for each child based on: • Age and maturity level • Physical abilities and readiness: age-based suggestions are general and may not reflect a specific child's maturity, abilities, or needs • Home environment and available space • Available materials and tools • Weather and outdoor conditions • Supervision available at the time • Applicable laws, rules, facility policies, and neighborhood rules Skip or modify any activity that feels unsafe, unsuitable, or beyond your child's current readiness.
Not a Safety-Certified Program
Start Ready Quest LLC is a planning and organizational tool. It is not a certified safety program, not a substitute for adult supervision, and not professional childcare, educational, therapeutic, or medical guidance. No activity in a generated program has been independently safety-reviewed or certified.
Not for Emergency or Crisis Use
Start Ready Quest LLC is not designed for emergency situations, crisis support, behavioral intervention, mental health treatment, or therapeutic use. If you have concerns about a child's safety, health, behavior, or development, consult a qualified professional.
AI Limitations
Programs are generated using AI and may include activities that are impractical, repetitive, or not well-matched to your child without parental review and adaptation. Always read through the full program before putting it in front of your child.
